There are several events during Hedge End Methodist Church’s celebration of Christmas this year. Details are given below:- In addition to these highlighted events our normal Sunday services will take place throughout December. It is intended that all our services will also be available live on Zoom. If you wish to attend the Physical services please wear Warm clothing as we are opening some windows to help with ventilation. We would be pleased if you wear a Mask and respect peoples space. The Zoom links will be posted on this site nearer the time.

Please note that we will be joining our friends at Woolston Methodist Church for their Midnight Service on Christmas Eve so there will not be a Midnight service at Hedge End on 24th December.


This will take place between the 16th and 18th of December, and is an outside and inside exhibition telling the Christmas story. Some of which have been contributed by the local community including schools.



This will take place in the Church on Sunday 19th December at 4. p.m. and will include Readings and Carols interlaced in the traditional Manner. The service will be led by Deacon Carole Smith. This service is suitable for all ages.


10.00 on Christmas Day conducted by our Minister Rev John Hughes. This service is suitable for all ages.
