8th November was Remembrance Sunday. We as a Church remembered in two different ways. The Church forecourt and building was open for Prayer between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon. We thank the people who made this possible.

Our service for remembrance Sunday was held on “Zoom” at the normal time of 10.30 a.m. This was attended by about 45 people on 30 logins. We were able to see peoples Poppy scarves, earrings, and their flags on display.

During the Zoom service the poppies on the Church railings were shown to those who had not seen them, via photographs. It is intended to leave the poppies on the railings for a few more days so that they are there for remembrance day itself (11th November).
